B2B 'll instead of the Traditional Market?


Now ,if you know Alibaba ,Ebay.Amazon?.from now on ,if you stil don't know them .I think you have not followed this times .
many years ago .if you have dream you could buy a clothes in internet? maybe you could buy Dell ,or Apple in net .or pay to download genuins game .but if you think you could buy others many years ago? now there are some company or some websites help ours come ture dream,for such me ,I have bought many thing in Taobao(belong to Alibaba).in Taobao .there are a lot of things .but most of are samll commodity.near me ,my friends ,classmates .family .they all bought commodity in Taobao.they all think buying in net is cheap .I have experince about this .it's indeed cheep than buy in local.But many years ago ,when you touch computer the first time ,if you would think you would shopping in net ? I have asked some people .many years ago .people touvh computer very less ,what's more .not shopping in net. many year ago .when I watch the TV shopping first time in Tv ,it's give my feeling that this company it liar first time .even many years ago .a lot of news ,Media ,Report Predicted that the Human 'll buy most of thing is shopping .and because of the TV shopping .which 'll change our liufe style ,but the fact don't suit that predicted by News ,Media anf others .maybe there are many people 'll doubt why it could not change the life style ?personally.in that time ,althougth many people look up this Consumption patterns. but the market had not enough mature so that this Consumption patterns could not change mostly of people's life style .maybe only a few of people like this Consumption patterns.
Bue maybe there are many people 'll ask why the Alibaba 'll success?there is much reason. the first one that the market have been mature that is suit for B2B.and the chinese market help the B2B develop.too .and the third one .becasuse in Alibaba .there is a important person called Jack Ma.I have read article .it's said .why the Windows could beat IBM many years ago?becasue the Micsoroft own Bill Gates .he is the soul of Microsoft.but why the Windows could not beat Mac OS ? becasue the Apple own Steve Jobs .he is the soul of Apple .such as, the Amazom's Jeff Bezos .so if the Alibaba could success .thanks to Jack Ma.he make the Alibaba could be a great campany.May 7 the company, Alibaba (HK.1688) held in Hong Kong, "Buffett-style" general meeting of shareholders. At the meeting, the Chairman of the Alibaba Ma said Alibaba will definitely be in the 21st century, like Microsoft, WAL-MART and GE as the world's great companies.but To some extent .the Alibaba have been a great company.which change not only people Consumption patterns ,but aslo help many Small and Medium Enterprises.at the same time .thanks B2B,B2C.many Expresses develop very well .but the Online Shopping not only have good .but aslo have bad .teh first one that people don't go to street but could buy commodity.the late one is that people dont' know the product's quality.and is cheated easily.but it's could affect B2B, B2C.
It has been reported Alibaba, Alibaba current registered users reached 40,250,413, of which 31,626,712 users in China, the International users 8,623,701. In addition, there are 5,041,063 enterprises shops.
Morgan Stanley believes that Alibaba will benefit from the recovery of China's export industry because Alibaba B2B market share in China to expand to more than 60% is followed by the three companies combined market share of 4 times. In fact, 2009 In the first quarter, domestic exports decreased by 19.7% year-on-year, but members pay Alibaba recorded the highest ever quarterly net growth, an increase from 49,544 to 481,575, an increase of 47%.
In other words .becasue of financial crisis. the Alibaba will benefit from the financial crisis .when other company complained the financial crisis.but the Alibaba is close to its great dream .At the meeting of "Buffett-style" general shareholders .Ma said that Alibaba has not money today, with the resources, all customers have the confidence of Alibaba, Alibaba can influence and change the world. Investors, shareholders approved the Alibaba obviously high, "to invest in customers so that business-friendly "concept.at the same time ,Alibaba reported the first quarter of 2009, as of March 31, 2009, Alibaba has a reserve of 6.9 billion yuan, have no debt. In addition, Alibaba in the first quarter of the deferred revenue and customer accounts increased 191 million in advance ~ 2.4 billion yuan, an increase of 28%; regular operating free cash flow (non-GAAP) was RMB 343 million yuan, an increase of 25%. these could help Alibaba beat this "winter" and win at last . becasue the financial crisis .there are B2B appear in market .this company want to own good from B2B .
From this ,we could see the B2B market 'll become large .even affect Traditional Market .now B2B could not affect Traditional Market .or ,influence a little .but when the B2B would be mature .it could affect traditional market.but it could not instead of the traditional market.no matter how much the market mature is .these awlays be people like shopping .don't like online shopping .they are only complement each other.and they 'll make the market more mature ,maybe in thaa time .there 'll born a new pattern .you know ,who can not bet this ?There will be a new product each stage .so no matter which product.if it don't adapt this pattern in that stage .it must be out .maybe we don't called "Instead" .we should called "be out"so if your company don't want to be out in future ,there is only way--Innovation .just Like IBM.Microsoft.Apple.Google .they are innovating everyday.only if you run front ,you'll not be beated .
So in future market,if you want to win ,ok .Innovation.let yourslef more and more know what your situation and adapt the situation .Ok if you dont' want to be out ? ok ,innovation.
