if the Asia should build the Asian Union?

EURO-- this concepton is created by the Robert A. Mundell .The EURO is the the most significant results in the Europe currency reform since the Roman Empire.
The European Union 16 national currencies, these 16 countries are Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Malta, Cyprus, Slovakia, collectively known as the EURO area.
The EURO is not only to perfect the European single market, the EURO zone of free trade between countries is more convenient, but also is the EU an important part of the integration process.
In here .maybe someone 'll ask" why the Asia one money system like the EURO?
maybe many economist have considered this question .the Asian build own money Zone.like the Euro Zone .which could increase the the trade between the each Asian country.
To some extent .this idea is good ,but in current situation .the Asian can not come ture this idea .there is too much question in front of the Asian.and the Asian's situation is dfferent the european.so the Asia have to deal with too much problem.
The first one.if teh Asian build this Zone ,but how much country like join this zone?this is a question.
The second one .how much does the Asia issue money amount?as known .the China and India is the big country with the large of population ( the population amount of China and India is 1/3 of the world population).morever .the China take the" family plan" but the India have nothing to population 's incread.there is one porblem .the Asia's population is faf more than the european .so the Money amount must be more than the EURO amount.
the third one . the EU could keep the EURO run .so IF the Asia build Asia Money Zone .the Asia must build Asia Monetary Union which could keep the money run.
the fourth one .as the known ,if country join this system. althought it's good for own country trade .adopting a common currency raises not only the credibility among foreign investors, but also have access to loans with lower interest rates, which in poorer countries like DPRK. it is very important.of course .the each country must give up some money policy .(for this ,I think the China won't agree)
the fifth one ,there must be some limited condition .just for the EURO ,according the Maastricht criteria (fiscal deficit not exceeding 3% of GDP, public debt not exceeding 60% of GDP, inflation must not exceed 1.5% of the average level of the top three countries, long-term interest rate does not exceed 2% of the average rate of the top three countries, a stable exchange rate within two years in the corridor ERM2).
the Sixth one .the Asia situation is not similar with the European. there is too much sensitive problem do deal with .the East China Sea is the sentive porblem between the China and Japan.The South China Sea is the sentive problem is the sentive problem between the China and other country ...
the seventh one .about the Taiwan situation .as all known. in international .the China is awlays as " China Taiwan"because the Taiwan 's sentive situation.if the taiwan as one indepentment country join this .the Chinese goverment must don't agree .so about the Taiwan sentive situation. the Asia have to consider these .
the eighth one .Currency Converter.in the EURO.The conversion ratio is by the European Parliament under the European Commission's recommendations, by December 31, 1998 based on a market determined exchange rate, and a European currency unit is equal to 1 euro. Since the European currency unit value is determined by non-euro currencies (primarily pounds) on the day closing price, so the exchange rate was not identified earlier.but the Asia?
the ninth one ,the Asia have very serious unbalanced.the Japan is the Second developed country all the world .the China and the India is the First and Second developing country.but other samll Asia country's poor.
the Tenth one .Asia have to face political problem .the world have 5 Socialist countries.but the Asia have 4 one --China ,DPRK.Vietnam, Laos.the different political system bring too much problem.
the eleventh one .the Asia's environment is complex.the Tailand 's political situation is extremely unstable. of course .including the Pakistan.

So face so much probem, if the Asia want to build the Asia Zone like the EURO. the Asia have to deal wtih these problem .
