before ,the jack Ma have said " today ,you don't do E-Commerce .tomorrow .you must be regret ' so from this word we could judge ,the E-Commerce is one very fast industry.
many people always ask why the Jack Ma 'll success ? why the Taobao is so success ? why the Ebay is not meet the Chinese ?
Today, I have analyse there is much reason explain the why the Alibaba will success .
The first one ,the Alibaba 's success belong the interent .as all known ,recent years .the Chinse internet increase every fast .so the internet have make the contribution to the Alibaba's development.
The second one .Chinese conditions. after the Reforming and Opening 20 years ,the China 's economic is increasing the with 8.1 average. during this time ,the SME have increase every fast .face the large and international firm ,how does these SME alive ? teh Alibaba provide this stage .
The third one . this is the Commerce develop trend ,in the China ,the E-commerce is one blank .in the area .the B2B and B2C is blank .and the Alibaba catch this chance .as the ecnomics view .this is the Optimum allocation of resources .becasue the Taobao( the Alibaba 's branch) make the Idle resources made full uesed . it's have change the traditional shopping style .
The fourth one .as well known ,all the foreign firm have same symptom when they enter the China market .even the microsoft and google ,they still face much trouble ,teh microsoft have to face the private trouble ,and the google face much trouble recently .so all the foreign firm have same symptom --Acclimatized. so in this market ,the Alibaba lack of the competitors.which make the Alibaba incrase the fast .
The fifth one .although there is much big firm . but in the China ,there is still have a lot of SME .and the Alibaba put it's target as the SME. the Alibaba always try to help the SME .so the Alibaba have won the a lot of the SME support .
The sixth one .the Alibaba always can catch the opportunity.when the Internet met the Internet bubble . the Alibaba made the enough ready and win this Internet bubble.in that Internet bubble. the Alibaba change the crysis become advantage .
The seventh one .Innovation .this is the one eternal topic .so if you want keep your business .you have to think the innovation every second .only the the Innovation could keep your competitive.Microsoft ,IBM.Sony .Google is good example .this is what the Alibaba always do .
The eighth one ,the Alibaba put the teh custom as the first position .the Jack Ma ( the chairman of Alibaba ) have said "please respect your customers"so if you said the Alibaba 's success .apparently the Alibaba win the customers.
The ninth one ,the Alibaba have a very excellent Chairman-- Jack Ma .only the outstanding person could make the firm bigger and stronger.
