what could save the Chinese education System?

As well known, in the China ,there is much stranger phenomenon. of course ,in the education, which still can not avoid this .
If you study the University in China ,you 'll found ,in the Uni. the teacher or tutor don't teach in uni .they go to the enterprise to as consultant ,or do others .on the contrary. the Executives of enterprise don't manage the firm ,they go to uni as the teacher .
the second phenomenon that there one common problem about the Chinese University .that mean that ,the Uni only know get the Research funding from the education department or the department .
personally the Chinese education system should learn some advance experience from the western Uni system .the Education Department don't should provide the reseach funding to so uni ,or don't provide the reseach funding to so much Universities.the China should give the Uni enough Open .
if the China don't provide teh reseach funding for Uni ,and the every uni find the money for own living .so this creat competition between the Universitry. for example .for one project .the many uni want to receive this project .only the some university with excellent strength could receive this ,so this 'll create one environment ,as the Darwin theory "Natural selection assures the survival of the fittest".so every university want to improve it's strength .so they 'll want to get the more project .because these could help them get more money as the reseach funding ,but its could improve the university's famouse .another good .this coudl reduce the education department 's stress .but also ,which could help the University improve strenght.so the University would think many ways to alive .
As well known. the harvard is the pricate university .so the the China gov should take the harvard as the example .the education need reform .for the China situation some Public Universities should change into the private university .
Reform is necessary.but the Univeristy 's Policy can not change .it is .althought the university need reform .but the University's policy can not against the constitution .of the Chinese receive the harvard business pattern completely ,it's still is not good for the Chinese education.so the Chinese university must modify patern that make it is suited for the Chinese univeristy.
Of course ,about the Defense Aerospace collegues.these Highlights are still supported by the education department .for these .personally .dont' should make the foreign univeristy to participate .after all these cancern the Defense and Safety.
For the Chinese Education, the reform is necessary,it's would better that reforming ,Edcation is the base of the country .if the edcation is fall .the national quality is fall .the better education could create better talented person.
